Keeping the numbers low means that you will get the personal touch in every lesson.

We are able to take absolute beginners to fully experienced pole dance students. Pole dancing is now one of the largest growing keep-fit exercises, with any one of our session's it will trim and tone all muscles in your body

If your feeling a little shy about coming to a group lesson we can also arrange a private one to one lesson.
